Chande Named As New Chair of Ethiopia Commission

[Daily News] FORMER Chief Justice of Tanzania retired Judge Mohamed Chande Othman has been named the Chairperson of the International Commission of Human Rights Experts on Ethiopia by Human Rights Council, President Ambassador Federico Villegas.
