Mbowe Petitions High Court to Censure Arrest

[Citizen] Dar es Salaam — The chairman of the leading opposition Chadema, Mr Freeman Mbowe, has petitioned the High Court to declare his arrest and arraignment over unbailable terrorism and economic sabotage charges unconstitutional.
