GBV Victims in Higher Learning Institutions Encouraged to Speak Out

[Daily News] VICTIMS of Gender-Based Violence (GBV) in higher learning institutions have been encouraged to report such cases to relevant authorities within the campuses so as immediate actions could be taken.
