Justice Makungu Appointed New Judge for Eacj Appellate Division

[Daily News] The 21st Extra-Ordinary Summit of the East African Community (EAC) Heads of State has appointed Justice Omar Othman Makungu from Tanzania as a Judge of the EACJ Appellate Division.
