Over 7 Million Under Five Children Registered, Given Birth Certificates

[Daily News] OVER 7.4 million boys and girls aged five years old have been registered and issued with birth certificates through a special under-five birth registration strategy launched in 2013, minister for Constitution and Legal Affairs, Dr Damas Ndumbaro, has said.
